I love the feel of the Tri-Blend and knew it was a winner when I touched it in the store. It is perfect for weightlifting, yoga, and stretching.
If you're looking for a good sweat-wicking shirt, you'd be better off with something else. While the Tri-Band performs well during light cardio and high-rep weight training, it does not stand the tsunami of sweat resulting from an intense cardio session or intense high-weight workouts.
Now to analyze the fit of Tri-Blend. It runs very loose and has a wider neck than Nike's other v-neck shirts, which makes my sports bra straps visible. I get a medium in most Nike shirts, but I should have tried out a small.
Verdict: I really love the feminine style and comfortable feel of the Nike Tri-Blend, which makes this an easy shirt to recommend. This shirt was made for yoga and other compound motion exercises, but is easily saturated by sweat during intense workouts.

A big advantage to using compression shirts is that athletes have been able to maintain their power output during their given sport.
